My Story

Hi, I'm Sara, a machine learning scientist, founder of MumBalance, and mum to a very energetic one-year-old. When my son Leonardo was born, everything changed. His laughter, his cries, the tiny moments in between, they inspire me more than anything. And they taught me something important: every second I spend away from him has to matter.

So I looked for an app that could help me take care of myself in the tiny moments I had, and found nothing. So I built it. MumBalance is a self-care app designed for mothers. You simply tell it how you're feeling and how much time you have—even just one minute—and the app recommends a personalised activity to support your wellbeing.

My vision is for MumBalance to be the place where mums find their moments: personalised, mood-matched self-care that's fast, relevant, and emotionally attuned. I want to inspire other women to turn their hardest experiences into innovations that help others.

Built by mums, for mums. We understand the juggle: different routines, same feeling of running on empty. MumBalance looks at how you feel and how long you have, then suggests a small, personal reset you can do in the gaps between everything else.
